Radio Station to Vet Hospital

Location of Project
Springfield, OH

Project Summary
This husband and wife veterinarian team bought a former radio station building and asked Brentwood to convert the space into a veterinary hospital.  The project was a complete interior renovation project that included a waiting area, private exam rooms, a grieving room, surgical operatories, and an x-ray room.  To accommodate for post-op patients overnight stay, a 1,400 sf addition was constructed for cage areas and dog runs.

Brentwood Difference
The husband and wife team were leasing a space that was a former restaurant in Springfield.  They asked Brentwood to convert that restaurant space into a vet hospital.  The owners were so delighted with the process and the finished product, when they bought this existing radio station, Brentwood was asked to do their building conversion.
